AYCE kbbq that include wagyu and short rib is literally amazing. They have a wide selection of meats as well as other things on the menu like rice cake, tofu soup. They also have soft serve for after! 10/10 good deal! Our waitress was super attentive and made sure the meat and side dishes kept coming :)

I want to be the first to say, I came to this resturant when it first opened and was disappointed. How wrong i was. This resturant was fantastic. The staff was friendly and made our friends birthday memorable. 10/10 it hits the spot. I will be going back here again.

We went right when they opened so there was no wait and wow!! What an experience. Coming from LA, I'm used to having many kbbq spots to choose from, but Bellwether blew all of those out of the water. The buffet is such a nice touch, you can get more sauce, rice, veggies, etc. anytime you want. The service was absolutely fantastic and constantly checked on us and changed our grate when needed. Had a gorgeous little view of the city and the tables were huge to fit all the plates. Will definitely be back!

Went for dinner on a Friday night around 8:30pm. Thought it'd be busy, but there was no wait for the two of us. We went for Option B AYCE. The meats were good. I ate more than I should have, was feeling way too full after. My favorites were the marinated beef belly, beef tongue, and rib fingers. The least favorite we tried was the garlic beef. Service was quick. The meats came out quickly. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They always checked to see if we needed our grill changed out, and the staff helped each other, so you didn't need to just wait for one specific waiter. Would come again. The only thing is the parking garage underneath is pretty small, so can be difficult to maneuver in there when it's packed.

We'd really like the Chinatown/ID area to thrive so happy to have a good reason to support businesses down there. My better half was in the mood for KBBQ so we gave Bellwether a try. It was fun - always a pleasure to grill right at table side. Service was very attentive and we felt very well taken care of. We had the pork, beef, octopus and spicy pork belly. All good. A nice cold beer is a great accompaniment and arrived quickly. Bonus - there's a soft serve ice cream machine and it's part of the deal. It's a high energy room and the Kpop was in full effect so if you love that genre you're going to love the soundtrack of the room. Next time I'm going with more people so we can try more flavors - totally worth it. I'm kind of terrible about dishes at home and we wondered how they get the grills cleaned. Apparently there's a machine that does the scrubbing. :)

We had a great time eating her with our group! This place is really set up and caters well to large groups! We ordered one of the larger options that came with a variety of meats. All of the meats had great taste. The sauces and chili powder provided were great as well! The only negative was the "buffet" everything on it was cold & looked stale (like the eggrolls & chicken wings) but we had more than enough food with our order and didn't need to supplement with the buffet. The service here was great! Everyone seems to work as a team, various people refilled our drinks and frequently changed out the grill. We were at the height of the dinner rush and service was great! We enjoyed dinner here and we'll be back!

Food - High quality meats, with a wide selection of kbbq to pick from. Food tasted great. Service - Service is fast no matter what time of day. May have to request sesame oil if it's not available at the sauce and sides bar. Ambiance - Very upbeat / high energy place. Usually playing edm or kpop music. Well lit and can seat large parties.

Bellwether is one of the BEST bbq in Seattle! Each time I come the food and service is phenomenal!! Sometimes there is a wait but just join the waitlist ahead of time and you'll be fine!! The self-serve sides/drinks area is very tasty & fresh! Really great qualities of meats as well! Definitely coming again and recommending to everyone I know!! Great price for great food and a great time!!!!
